How long is the warranty on the car I purchase?

The biggest fears people have when buying a used vehicle are paying too much and hoping they don't get a lemon. Most of our vehicles are still under the manufacturer’s original warranty. Many of the vehicles we purchase have upwards of 10,000 to 15,000 miles still left on their warranties. We also provide comprehensive extended warranties that will protect you up to 100,000 miles or five years, whichever comes first.

How long does it take for Perfect Match Auto.com to find my vehicle?

For most orders we locate, purchase, safety check, professionally clean and deliver to you within 5-10 business days. A special order, i.e. exotic vehicle, motor home, may take a couple of weeks longer.

Can I see my car before I buy it?

We email to you several digital pictures of your car right after we purchase it. Our staff is trained to talk with you throughout the entire process from order to delivery. We keep you informed every step of the way. We understand our continued success is based on referrals from satisfied customers, so we go to great lengths to ensure your personal satisfaction.

How do I pay for my car?

Basically, you have three options for paying for your car.

1. Personal check, we verify funds with your bank and you drive away with your new car.

2. We will refer you to a local credit union that offers great rates on auto loans.

3. If you prefer to provide financing with your own bank or credit union we just need pre-approval from them.

How can I contact one of your representatives directly?

Although quite a bit of our interaction with customers is done through email, most of it is done over the old fashion telephone. We realize a car is a large and important purchase, so we want to make you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Where do I pick up my car when it is ready?

Our office is located in San Diego, CA. Once your vehicle is ready for delivery, we then arrange a convenient delivery time for you.

How does your new vehicle locator service work?

Over the past 10 years we have develop relationships with the largest new vehicle fleet departments in Southern California. Just let us know what new vehicle you are interested in down to the color and options you want. We find the vehicle and give you a quote. Typically we save you hundreds of dollars and the best part is we have it delivered directly to your home or office. The manufacturer’s financing, warranty, rebates and dealer network applies to your purchase. You no longer have to spend half the day in a dealership trying to negotiate a deal on your new vehicle! Our clients that have used this service tell us they will never go into a dealership again to buy a new car. When the driver shows up at your door with your new car it only takes about 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and you are done. It is that simple.

Can I lease a new vehicle through your locator service?

Yes, our leasing program is another service we provide. We tailor your lease to your driving needs and at a monthly payment that is better than anyone else.

Do you carry any vehicle inventory?

We do carry a small number of pre-owned vehicles. Our buyers come across one owner lease returns in excellent condition that we have available for sale. There are times when people need a vehicle right away and we try and have a small selection ready to go.
